The Site is operated by D7 Supply. Throughout the Site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to D7 Supply. We offer this Site, including all information, tools, and services available from this Site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

SECTION 1 - PAYMENT & BILLING

By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the items requested. We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. You represent and warrant that you have the right to use any credit card or other payment method that you submit to us.

In the event of an error in pricing or product information, D7 Supply reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for that item. If your credit card has already been charged, we will issue a full credit to your original payment method.

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING & RETURNS

All purchases made through this Site are subject to our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. As noted in those policies, customer-initiated returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and shipping costs are calculated via UPS live rates.

SECTION 3 - CONDUCT & PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose. You are prohibited from:

• Using the Site to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
• Violating any local, state (Georgia), or federal regulations or laws.
• Uploading viruses or any other type of malicious code.
• Attempting to scrape or crawl the Site for commercial purposes without written consent.

SECTION 5 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action arising from your use of this Site shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Forsyth County, Georgia.
