Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are provided via UPS live calculations and are shown when items are added to your cart and during the checkout process. Rates are based on the item’s weight, dimensions, and delivery destination.

We currently ship to the entire United States.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact Division 7 Supply as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and help resolve it in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
