Payment Methods We Accept
Pay securely at checkout with the following options:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express (Amex)
- PayPal
Security & Fraud Protection
All payments are processed through Shopify Payments and are protected with industry-standard TLS encryption. We never store your full credit-card number on our servers. Card details are tokenized and transmitted securely to the payment processor.
- PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processing
- 3D Secure (when required by your card issuer)
- AVS/CVV checks and automated fraud screening
- Chargeback protection per your card issuer’s policies
If you suspect unauthorized activity on your card, contact your card issuer immediately. We’re happy to assist with order details for your dispute.
Authorizations, Holds & Charges
When you place an order, your bank may create a temporary authorization hold. We capture the payment when the order is confirmed for fulfillment. For split shipments, your statement may show multiple captures that sum to the total amount.
- Billing Descriptor: may appear as Division 7 Supply (or your local statement format).
- Currency: Charges are processed in USD unless otherwise shown at checkout.
Refunds & Processing Times
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once we process a refund, your bank or PayPal typically completes it within:
- Credit/Debit cards: 3–10 business days (varies by bank)
- PayPal: 1–5 business days
We’ll email you a refund confirmation as soon as it’s initiated on our side.
Sales Tax, Invoices & Receipts
Any applicable taxes are calculated automatically at checkout based on the shipping address and current regulations. A digital receipt is emailed after purchase. If you need a formal invoice for accounting, download it from your account page or contact us.
Troubleshooting a Declined Payment
Common quick fixes
- Confirm the billing address matches your card’s statement address.
- Check for typos in the card number, expiry date, and CVC/CVV.
- Ensure sufficient funds or available credit.
- Try another card or a wallet method (Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay).
- Call the card issuer — they may need to approve an online/large transaction.
