Authorizations, Holds & Charges
When you place an order, your bank may create a temporary hold. We capture payments only once your order is confirmed for fulfillment.

Refunds & Processing Times
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once approved:
- Credit/Debit Cards — 3–10 business days
- PayPal — 1–5 business days
We’ll email a confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Sales Tax & Invoices
Taxes are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and current tax laws.

Common quick fixes
- Ensure your billing address matches your card statement.
- Double-check your card number, expiry, and CVV.
- Ensure sufficient funds or available credit.

- Call your bank to approve the transaction.
